Subscription Levels

DiaryBook has a number of different subscription levels depending on the size and needs of the organisation. The most basic level, Free Plan, is completely free. The other levels are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level is subject to limitations by the number of users, the number of customer records and the number of free messages allowed per month.

Automatic Reminders

DiaryBook sends out reminders automatically. Depending on the subscription level, there is a limit to the number of free automatic reminders per month.


The user can also manually send out reminders and other types of messages. These messages must be paid for in advance and are not included in the monthly free message total. In order to manually send messages the account must have a positive messaging balance.


Messaging Balance

Each month each account can send out a limited number of automated SMS text messages completely free. To exceed this message limit, or to manually send text messages, the account requires a positive messaging balance, rather like topping up a pay-as-you-go phone. This balance is reduced as each message is sent.


To top up your messaging balance the user should do the following:

  1. Click on the user menu at the top right
  2. Under DiaryBook Account choose Your Account
  3. In the Your DiaryBook Account tab, click on the TOPUP ACCOUNT button
  4. Enter in the amount you want to top up the account by
  5. Click GO TO CHECKOUT
  6. Follow the instructions for purchasing the credit


Buying or Upgrading The Subscription

At any point you can subscribe to one of DiaryBook's subscription levels or upgrade to a higher level if the need arises. To do this the user should do the following:

  1. Click on the user menu at the top right
  2. Under DiaryBook Account choose Your Account
  3. In the Your DiaryBook Account tab, click on the UPGRADE button
  4. Select the level to upgrade the account to
  5. Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT
  6. Follow the instructions for purchasing the subscription


NOTE: if the account has not completed its existing years subscription, the total calculated will include a credit for the time period remaining.
